I have wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer for over 20 years and finally received one for Christmas.
My husband thought it would be great for making gluten free bread and other baked goods; since I am always saying how expensive a loaf of gluten free bread is!
Even though I love Udi’s, Rudy’s and Franz gluten free bread; it would be nice to make fresh, warm, homemade bread for my family!
At first I was intimidated by the mixer; however, now that I have used it I am hooked! I cannot believe it has taken this long to add it to my kitchen! I don’t know how I have lived this long without it. I now look forward to baking so I can use this beautiful mixer.
I have used it to make cookies, scones, bread, muffins, pizza crust, mashed potatoes, and more! It is so easy to use and clean. My teenage daughter uses it with ease as well!
