Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Say YES to pizza with this gluten free cauliflower pizza crust! This is one delicious “veggie” pizza!
Top it with your favorite pizza toppings and sprinkle some cheese over it; makes for a healthy treat.
I have made this for an after school snack for my kids; with sauce and pepperoni you can barely even taste the cauliflower! I almost tricked my toddler, but he is VERY picky and not up for anything cauliflower or broccoli as of yet. I am going to keep trying!
