Lakeshore Snap Bots
My son just recently received these Snap Bots for Christmas and has so much fun playing with them with his teenage brother! They spend time snapping the different pieces together creating all sorts of different robots.
Once they have used up all the pieces; they start exchanging pieces and making all new shapes and sizes of robots! Sometimes even combining them together to create monster bots! So much fun watching them work together and using their imagination to create these silly robots!
When mama gets involved; the play turns in to more matching and pattern work! I ask Ayden to create a “red robot” or a “robot with two heads” or a “robot with purple and blue pieces only”.
Ayden loves to be the leader with this activity; just like the Squeeze, Scoop and Count Ice Cream Shop, telling me which colors to choose and how to create the robot of his choice!
