Gluten Free Mini Turkey Meatloaf
These Gluten Free Mini Turkey Meatloaf are the perfect snack for get togethers with friends, football games, picnics and parties! They’re sweet and healthy and full of flavor to make any party a hit!
Mixing the turkey and honey barbecue sauce together tastes great! Then add in onions, mushrooms and egg whites and you have a full meal in each mini loaf. Topped with diced green onion finishes off the flavor and fullness of these sweet snacks.
I made these mini loaves for a super bowl party and they were gobbled up in a hurry. It was definitely hard to eat just one! The kids even loved these delicious mini turkey meatloaves! It was so fun to see them eating new foods and enjoying them.
It was so surprising how easy these little treats were to make. With less than 10 ingredients and no real prep; you can have these ready in about an hour!

Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Onion; diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves; pressed
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1 Egg
- Topping
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 Green Onions; diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl; combine ground turkey, diced onion, pressed garlic, barbecue sauce, black pepper, salt, parsley, and egg.
- Fill each lightly greased muffin tin with 1/4 cup of mixture.
- With additional bbq sauce; drizzle bbq sauce on top of each muffin loaf and top with diced green onion.
- Bake in oven for 35 - 45 minutes; until center reaches 165 degrees and is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve warm and drizzle with additional bbq sauce as desired.
