When you need a quick and healthy dinner option; pick up a package of Foster Farms Sauté Ready Garlic Herb Chicken Breast and a few of your favorite veggies to make a yummy Garlic Chicken Veggie Sauté.
I added sweet peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, mushrooms and green onions! It was delicious!
This dish can be made Whole 30 compliant by using fresh chicken breast, pressed garlic, and herbs in lieu of the Foster Farms Sauté Ready package! I will be making again soon to share the Whole 30 recipe in a future posting.

*For Whole 30: Use Fresh Chicken Breast, Pressed Garlic and Herbs
*Can be served over rice or quinoa if desired.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Foster Farms Saute Ready Garlic Herb Chicken Breast
- 1 cup sweet peppers; sliced
- 1/2 red onion; diced
- 1/2 cup quartered grape tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups mushrooms; halved
- 2 tbs green onions; diced
Instructions
- In large family skillet or stir fry pan; add garlic herb chicken breast and begin cooking on medium heat.
- Add sweet peppers and red onion and sauté.
- Turn chicken over once cooked on first side.
- Add tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms and green onions and continue sautéing.
- Stir occasionally until chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
