Whole 30 Day 6
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 6! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 6:
Breakfast: Apple Cider Vinegar, Aidells Apple Chicken Sausage, Cashews, Cara Cara Orange, Water
Morning Snack: Handful of Cashews, Water
Lunch: Turkey Taco Salad, Olives, Avocado, Tomato, Water
Afternoon Snack: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Water
Dinner: Stuffed Turkey Poblano Peppers, Daiya Jalapeno Havarti Style Dairy Free Cheese, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: Blueberries, Water
Notes: Still felt good most of the day. Toward the end of the evening I noticed I was getting tired and started feeling a little disoriented and dizzy. Had a snack and went to bed!
Day 6 was a success! Woo hoo! I love how my body if feeling not consuming the dairy, sugar and carbs. My clothes are a little looser and my pains are lessened. I’m almost done with week 1! Bring on day 7!
