WHOLE 30 DAY 11
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 11! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 11:
Breakfast: Aidell’s Apple Chicken Sausage, Strawberries, Water
Morning Snack: Handful of Cashews, Water
Lunch: Ground Turkey Lettuce Cups with Green Onion and Daiya Pepperjack Havarti Style Cheese, Strawberries, Water
Afternoon Snack: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Water
Dinner: Hop Jack’s Fish Tacos (lettuce wrapped without cheese – add pico, avocado, red onion), Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: Apple Slices and Almonds, Water
Notes: Today was a good day but I am definitely struggling staying in the motorhome to remember to drink my water! Tomorrow my focus will be to drink more water!
Day 11 was a success! Day 12 will be hydration day!
