WHOLE 30 DAY 13
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 13! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 13:
Breakfast: Egg Whites, Sausage, Strawberries, Mango, Water
Morning Snack: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Water
Lunch: Lemon Chicken Salad with Pepperjack Havarti Style Cheese, Water
Afternoon Snack: Blueberries, Water
Dinner: Chicken Kabob, Lemon Garlic Shrimp, Raspberries, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: Cara Cara Orange, Water
Notes: Feeling great! Still no pain in my knee, no limp, no inflammation, sleeping through the night, and tons of energy. Loving the Whole 30!
Day 13 is complete! Bring on Day 14…final day of Week 2!
