WHOLE 30 DAY 14
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 14! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 14:
Breakfast: Aidells Apple Chicken Sausage, Cara Cara Orange, Cashews, Water
Morning Snack: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Water
Lunch: Taco Time Beef Taco Salad with no chips, no shell, no cheese – add pico and avocado, Water with Lemon
Afternoon Snack: Chocolate Sea Salt Rx Bar, Water
Dinner: (Disaster trying to make a pizza resembling dish – lol! This was a “don’t try this at home” moment!), Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Cara Cara Orange, Water
Notes: Today was a great day! Lots of energy, no pain still, ready for spring to get out walking!
Day 14 was a success! Two weeks complete! Im ready for Week 2!
