Gluten Free Almond Tapioca Coconut Flour Pizza Crust
This Gluten Free Almond Tapioca Coconut Flour Pizza Crust sure hit the spot when craving pizza on the Whole 30 plan!
After twenty days of Whole 30; my daughter asked if there was any possible way to have something similar to pizza for dinner. I did some research and found several different recipes that were not Whole 30 compliant for one reason or another. I decided to take a few items from the different recipes and use Whole 30 compliant ingredients; even though Whole 30 recommends NOT making junk food with compliant ingredients.
My daughter has done amazing on the Whole 30 for 21 days and I am so proud of her! I thought I could accommodate her request and keep her in compliance for one night!
She absolutely loved it and was so thrilled to have had a little treat without blowing her hard work.
It wasn’t very hard to make; just needed to make sure I had the right ingredients. Almond Flour, Tapioca Flour, Coconut Flour, Salt, Egg Whites, Olive Oil, Almond Milk and Italian Seasoning.
Here is the recipe for this gluten free pizza crust to make your own pizza at home:
