GLUTEN FREE TURKEY ITALIAN MEATBALLS
These Gluten Free Turkey Italian Meatballs were the perfect addition to my Whole 30 Spaghetti dinner!
I started out gathering ingredients to make spaghetti and one of my sons asked me if I could make meatballs instead of just putting ground turkey into the dish.
I have made mini turkey meatloaf bites in my mini muffin tins as an appetizer so I thought I could modify the recipe to make Italian meatballs that are Whole 30 compliant.
I substituted marinara for the bbq sauce in the mini meatloaf bites and used Italian seasoning. It made the meatballs fit right in to the spaghetti and spiced it right up!
Both of my teenagers added the meatballs to their Miracle Noodle Spaghetti to complete their meals. I decided to drizzle the marinara over the top and eat them individually. They were delicious and could easily be made for meal prepping and used as the protein in lunches.
The beautiful thing about these little meatballs is they are extremely easy to make! Throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and pop them into the pan to bake.
