WHOLE 30 DAY 15
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 15! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 15:
Breakfast: Aidells Apple Chicken Sausage, Cara Cara Orange, Water
Morning Snack: Chocolate Sea Salt Rx Bar, Water
Lunch: Miracle Rice Chicken Stir Fry with Tomatoes, Water
Afternoon Snack: Chocolate Sea Salt Rx Bar, Water
Dinner: Taco Time Beef Taco Salad with no chips, no shell, no cheese – add pico and avocado, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Cara Cara Orange, Water
Notes: Today was another great day!
Day 15 marks the half way point and it was great! Getting ready for the second half!
