Mushroom Cheddar Turkey Burgers
These Mushroom Cheddar Turkey Burgers were delicious and perfect for a light lunch on the lanai! I love grilling; at home and while on vacation! On the Big Island of Hawaii; I made these amazing turkey burgers for our family.
They are filled with mushrooms, cheddar cheese and green onions; complimenting the Spice Island Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
The flavors bursting from inside this burger are amazing! I used to add the cheese and sautéed mushrooms on top; however, that was always so messy. Mixing the ingredients inside; makes the burger so much easier to eat!
Since I just completed my first Whole 3o journey before our vacation; I was not excited about eating burgers on a bun. We chose to serve these burgers as the main dish without a bun; however, they would be delicious in a bun too!
We decided to have spinach salad that we picked up from the local Costco with fresh Hawaiian fruit with our burgers. Made for the perfect lunch on the lanai!
