WHOLE 30 DAY 8
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 8…Week 2! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 8:
Breakfast: Apple Cider Vinegar, Stuffed Turkey Avocado, Mango, Water
Morning Snack: Mango and Cashews, Water
Lunch: Crockpot Chicken Breast, Strawberries, Cashews, Water
Afternoon Snack: Apple Slices, Almonds, Water
Dinner: Turkey Stuffed Sweet Peppers, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: Chomps Beef Stick, Water
Notes: Today was a great day! No pain, no hunger, lots of energy, clear head, slept through the night, no limp….couldn’t be happier with the results of this meal plan! Thank you @Whole30!
Day 8…was another success! Starting Week 2 off with lots of energy and feeling great! Can’t wait for Day 9!
