WHOLE 30 DAY 9
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 9 Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 9:
Breakfast: Apple Cider Vinegar, Stuffed Turkey Poblano Pepper, Water
Morning Snack: CHOMPS 100% Grass Fed Beef Stick, Water
Lunch: Turkey Stuffed Sweet Red Pepper, Water
Afternoon Snack: Blueberry Rx Bar, Almonds, Water
Dinner: Teton Waters Ranch 100% Grass-Fed Beef Beef Frankfurter Lettuce Cup with Green Onion and Daiya Pepperjack Havarti Style Cheese cubed, Primal Kitchen Caesar Avocado Oil Dressing Salad, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: Cara Cara Orange, Handful of Cashews, Water
Notes: I didn’t drink enough water today and noticed! I had a little head ache today mid day.
Day 9…was a success….didn’t miss a thing! Looking forward to Day 10….DOUBLE DIGITS! Woo Hoo!
