WHOLE 30 DAY 10
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 10! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 10:
Breakfast: Apple Cider Vinegar, Blueberry Rx Bar, Water
Morning Snack: Handful of Cashews, Water
Lunch: Ground Turkey, Avocado, Tomato, Onion, Daiya Pepperjack Havarti Style Cheese, Water
Afternoon Snack: Banana Cashew Egg White Scramble, Water
Dinner: Pineapple Chicken, Water
Evening Snack/Dessert: CHOMP Beef Stick, Water
Notes: Today was a great day! Tried making a banana cashew “pancake” and it turned into a scramble mess! LOL! Sometimes it just doesn’t work out when cooking in the motorhome! Next time I will use a little almond flour to add some thickness to be able to flip it over and stay together.
Day 10 was a great day! Bring on Day 11!
