WHOLE 30 DAY 12
Welcome to my Whole 30 Day 12! Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is get out my Whole 30 Day to Day Journal. I read the tips and notes from Melissa Hartwig to inspire me for the day. It’s important to write everything down I eat for the day to be able to look back and reflect after 30 days are successfully completed!
I start each day with a 2 tsp shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar followed by 8-10 oz of water; to help with the cleanse and gut healing part of this journey.
Here’s a quick summary of Day 12:
Breakfast: Blueberry Rx Bar, Water
Morning Snack: Large Handful of Macadamia Nuts, Water
Lunch: CCR California Chicken Burger (less cheese & bacon, lettuce wrapped with tomato, onion, avocado), Water with Lemon
Afternoon Snack: CHOMPS Beef Stick, Water
Dinner: Red Robin Wedgie Burger (less cheese & bacon, lettuce wrapped with tomato, onion, avocado and pineapple), Water with Lemon
Evening Snack/Dessert: Apple Slices and Almonds, Water
Notes: Today was a good day but I am definitely struggling staying in the motorhome to remember to drink my water! Tomorrow my focus will be to drink more water!
Day 12 was another success! I’m ready for Day 13!
