Gluten Free Turkey Taco Salad
This Gluten Free Turkey Taco Salad is delicious and easy to make if you have left over ground turkey meat from taco night!
I love Mexican food; whether it be tacos, nachos, burritos, tamales, enchiladas, taquitos, tostadas or this salad. You can’t go wrong with anything from the Mexican cuisine!
It doesn’t take long to whip this dish up; just brown the meat, cut the lettuce and pour on the cheese, salsa and sour cream desired. My kids love adding tortilla chips broken up on top to mix in for a little crunch!
I like to add peperoncinis to mine or jalapeños and scoop each bite with a tortilla chip! Yum!
