Gluten Free Breakfast Pizza
This Gluten Free Breakfast Pizza is easy and fun! Be “that mom” and let your kids have pizza for breakfast!
All it takes is your favorite gluten free cheese pizza, some scrambled eggs, diced ham and cheese to make your kids happy. Add some sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions and you have a delicious pizza for breakfast that will make any man smile!
My kids love this treat for breakfast on occasion; usually on a weekend served with fresh fruit and juice. Full of protein for a well balanced start to your family’s day!
When I made this recipe the first time for my kids; I had a flashback to when I was pregnant with my first child. I was struggling to keep anything down and my obstetrician told me “it is perfectly okay to eat pizza for any meal“. He said that “pizza has all of the food groups as long as you add in veggies and have juice with it; making it a perfect food“!
I have always giggled when I wake up and eat a slice of cold leftover pizza; remembering that it is the “perfect food“, containing all of the food groups! I know he was just trying to make me feel better about eating cold pizza in the morning, but it sure applies to this recipe. You could have an egg scramble with ham and cheese, accompanied by bacon or sausage, with toast and juice….or you could have it simply in a pizza!

Ingredients
- 1 Gluten Free Frozen Cheese Pizza (GF Freschetta Four Cheese Pizza used)
- 3 Eggs (Egg Whites used); scrambled
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese blend
- optional: 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza package instructions.
- In a medium skillet; scramble eggs and ham together into small pieces.
- Spread scrambled eggs and ham (optional: and mushrooms) over frozen cheese pizza.
- Sprinkle cheese over top and bake as pizza instructions recommend.
- Once completely cooked and cheese melted; remove from oven and slice.
- Serve warm.
