Tweezer Tongs Color Sorting
Ayden loves using these tweezer tongs to pick up the little colored balls and drop them into the cylinders to sort colors! They are easy to use and help to build the muscles needed to begin holding a pencil to write; just like the Getting Ready to Write Gumball Grab!
These days many children are lacking the proper muscle development in their hands due to the technological tools they use rather than good old fashion coloring and games. This is a great learning tool from Lakeshore Learning!
Lakeshore Learning says about the Tweezer Tongs Color Sorting:
- Kids strengthen the fine motor skills they’ll need to start writing–while sorting by color!
- Children use the easy-grip tweezer tongs to sort colored balls into the tubes
- Builds color recognition, fine motor strength and eye/hand coordination–and develops pre-writing skills
- Includes a color sorting tray with removable tubes, tweezer tongs and 50 rubber balls
- For ages 3-6 years
